Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Insure your return shipment to avoid any issues.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been approved.

14-day legal cooling-off period in the EU
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a reason. As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed automatically within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note: if you decide to request a partial return, we will deduct the shipping costs we have paid (€6.84) from the refund amount.
