SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Netherlands

  • Standard Delivery (1–4 business days) – FREE SHIPPING

Orders received Monday through Friday are processed the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be handled on Monday.

Belgium

  • Standard Delivery (1–4 business days) – €6,95

  • Free shipping on orders over €120

Orders from Monday to Friday are processed the same or next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Rest of EU & International

  • Standard Delivery (2–5 business days) – €12,95

  • Free shipping on orders over €200

Please note: Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

ORDER HANDLING

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all details. We strive to process every order within 24 hours. During peak periods, such as sales or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

After your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be provided so you can monitor your package. Please double-check your shipping address—any extra costs or issues due to incorrect addresses or lost packages are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for missing shipments.
